Julia started her career in dentistry as a Dental Nurse in 1999 and has gradually moved into Practice Management, achieving the Certificate of Higher Education in Dental Practice Management with distinction in 2013 from Sheffield Hallam University and the Institute of Leadership and Management Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management in 2022. In 2018, Julia became a regional mentor for Yorkshire for the Association of Dental Administrators and Managers (ADAM).
Dentistry is a very diverse field and Julia enjoys encouraging and supporting our whole team in expanding their skills to both give them better job satisfaction and improve our services to patients.
Outside of work Julia has a keen interest in medieval history and enjoys walking, Pilates, meditation and playing piano and bardic harp.
